Why work with us

Built around the realities of running an online store.

Our approach is built on more than 15 years of hands-on Irish ecommerce experience. We consider how customers shop and how your business manages products, promotions and orders, so our recommendations work beyond launch day.

Practical support for Irish retailers, makers, wholesalers and product businesses.

15+Years of experience behind our approach
  • Your business priorities guide the work.
  • Scope and responsibilities are agreed before we begin.
  • Clear handover helps you manage what comes next.

What to expect

Know what you’re getting. At every stage.

  1. 01

    Choose the right work

Tell us about your products, current platform and the problem you want to solve. We help identify whether you need a new store, a migration, targeted improvements or a Store Review.

    A clear starting point

    • The service that fits your priorities
    • What we need to understand before quoting
    • Whether a paid Store Review would help
  2. 02

    Agree the details

Before you commit, we set out the work and what it depends on. You can see what the project covers, what your business needs to supply and which costs sit outside the fee.

    An agreed scope

    • Deliverables, exclusions and project fee
    • Any additional platform, theme or app costs
    • Schedule, content and access requirements
  3. 03

    Review and hand over

We review the agreed changes with you and explain how to manage the areas we’ve worked on. Training and any support after completion are defined in the scope.

    A practical handover

    • Completed work checked against the scope
    • Guidance for managing the changed areas
    • Agreed next steps and support arrangements

Start with your store URL and the main thing you want to change. We’ll confirm whether we can help; a detailed Store Review is scoped and priced separately.

Not sure what to improve first?

Start with a focused Store Review.

We assess your store's customer journey, navigation, product presentation and merchandising, then explain the improvements to prioritise before you commit to a larger project.

  • A recorded walkthrough of the findings
  • A prioritised action list
  • Plain-English recommendations

We confirm the review fee, scope and delivery date before you book.

Questions about working with us

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

We help Irish retailers, makers, wholesalers and other product businesses launch, move or improve an online store. Shopify is our main platform for new stores and migrations.

Do we need a new website, or can you improve the existing store?

A rebuild is not always necessary. We can assess your current store and identify whether changes to navigation, product information, collections or merchandising would address the main issues. We can also review stores on WooCommerce, Wix or Squarespace when considering a move to Shopify.

How much will the work cost?

We quote against an agreed scope. The main factors are your catalogue, content, design requirements, integrations and any data that needs to move. We explain the project fee and identify additional platform, theme or app costs before you commit. Store Reviews have a separate fee, confirmed before booking.

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on the work required, the availability of your content and any integrations or migration needs. We agree a schedule before starting and explain what we need from you to keep the project moving.

What will you need from our business?

We start with your goals and existing store, if you have one. Depending on the project, we may need product information, brand assets, images, delivery rules and details of connected systems. We identify what is needed before work begins.

What happens after the work is finished?

We explain the changes and the agreed handover so your business knows how to manage the store. Account access, training and any post-launch support are set out in the scope before the project starts.
